The half page challenge

I'm a fan of this - I've decided. This challenge from Shimelle's cybercrop weekend, really arrived at the right time. The above is my blank LO, as mentioned in a previous post from my attempt to do four at once! I had the photo, the ric rac and the kraft background! The rest came from my counterfeit kit stash (I've been waiting to use those rubons forever :) ) with the exception of the bakers twine which matched too well to resist) The patterned paper is a half sheet that I threw into the kit from my scrap bag, and my new tiny scalloped circle punches came in handy to make the flower embellishments with the remaining rubons.

I also used the card sketch #8 from the Sketch Support site for the CKCB sketch swap challenge.

Job done! I've scrapped one of my favourite family photos, used another bunch of stuff from my CKCB kit and I've discovered a new technique which I know I will use again.
